This fourth course covers: The universe, the Milky Way Galaxy, the Solar System, Earth, what space is, what time is, and how we measure them. These ideas are personalized, and the student is given hands-on ways of discovering the ideas that make our world go 'round, and how they affect the student and his/her life.

Step 1 courses also enhance the relationship between teacher and student, and help define it in constructive and creative ways that both the student and teacher will enjoy.
